Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that focuses on restoring the nervous system. It is profoundly effective for people with chronic stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, illness recover, neurological issues and over-work. The practice involves props (cushions, bolsters, blocks and blankets) to create well-supported yoga asanas (poses). These restful asanas are held for 5 to 7 minutes while allowing your breath to flow through your body.
This Restorative class is held in our beautiful candle-lit retreat and accompanied by essential oils and healing mantras, creating a magical and nourishing environment. Offered once a month, this is your place to heal from accumulated stress.
