Our Signature Event is planned over 4 hours. It includes a 90-minute mindfulness session (meditation, yoga, sound-bath, intention setting, cocoa/tea ceremony). We can accommodate up to 15 guests (with a 10 guest minimum). The fee is $75+/guest. The host is welcome to bring drinks, food and decorations (with prior agreement). Our Customized Events can range from 2 - 6 hours and include any combination of workshops or services.

Please complete the Private Events Form and submit. Based on your selections, we will calculate the event fee and email you an invoice. No payment is required with the form. Cost of Signature event ($75 x # of participants) Add-on Custom Package ($100) Security Deposit ($100) Late check-out ($50/30 minutes) Payment & Cancellation Policy The total payment (event fee + security deposit) is due at time of reservation (minimum 2 weeks prior to event date). No refunds or credits are issued within two weeks of the event date. Prior to two-weeks, 80% of the event fee will be credited to another event within 6 months. The security deposit (minus damages / cleaning fees) are refunded within a week of the event date.

The space is available for a total of 4 hours, including set-up and clean-up. There is a $50 per 30-minute charge for late checkouts. This amount will be charged to the security deposit or credit card on file.  The host is responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was received. All personal effects must be removed. Trash should be bagged and placed in the trash receptables.  The security deposit is required to cover for clean-up ($30/hour) and/or damages to the space. The deposit will be refunded after the space is inspected for cleanliness and damages, and no later than one week.

Assumption of Risk By signing this waiver, the host acknowledges and accepts that there may be risks associated with the use of the event space, including personal injury or property damage, and assumes full responsibility for any such risks during the event period. Indemnification The host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the host's use of the space, including any damages to the property or injuries to individuals associated with the host’s use of the space. Liability Limitations The property owner shall not be held liable for any injury to the host or any third party, or for any loss or damage to the host’s property, arising from the use of the event space. Property Damage The host agrees to be responsible for any damage to the event space and/or its contents that occurs during the event period, and to repair or pay for the cost of such damages. Safety and Conduct The host agrees to comply with all safety regulations, local laws, and the property owner’s rules and guidelines while using the event space. Any activities deemed unsafe or disruptive may result in immediate termination of the event without a refund. Photography/Video Release: I consent to the recording of my image, voice, or likeness during the class/activity, and I grant permission for the instructor/organization to use these recordings for promotional, educational, or other purposes.
